ETRM Senior Business Analyst – x-train into Endur – 70-95k

Overview

In this role you will drive business analysis for the Endur ETRM platform within a large global energy trading house. You’ll work with the Central London ICT team and fellow traders to translate needs into Endur-based solutions, supporting a hybrid work model with international exposure. You’ll have opportunities to grow into senior ICT roles and potentially relocate or second into other regions. Your impact spans optimizing trading desk workflows and aligning IT with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements for Endur ETRM (v23) across the trading desk
• Collaborate with global IT and trading teams to support Endur platform enhancements
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, UAT, and documentation for ETRM initiatives
• Support ongoing Endur system operations and potential platform migrations or upgrades
• Explore international secondment/relocation opportunities and career progression paths

Key requirements

• ETRM experience required
