Workday Financials Project Manager

Overview

As a Project Manager specializing in Workday Financials, you will drive a global rollout with a third-party partner and coordinate multi-functional teams. You’ll manage project plans, RAID logs, and governance forums, delivering status updates to stakeholders and steering decisions. You’ll lead Business Analysts through requirements, UAT, and post-go-live support, ensuring smooth release governance. This role offers exposure to finance and IT collaboration within a leading financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans for Workday Financials rollout with third-party partner
• Manage internal RAID logs and provide project status to stakeholders
• Run Steerco updates and escalate decisions when needed
• Lead internal BAs on requirements, UAT prep/cycle, and post-go-live support
• Oversee internal release management with stage-gate sign-offs
• Engage with Finance and IT teams throughout project lifecycle
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Key requirements

• Strong Experience with Workday Financials
• Proven project management experience, ideally with global rollouts
