Overview
In this Finance Manager role, you will own day-to-day finance operations and deliver robust, scalable reporting to support growth. You will provide end-to-end financial reporting and partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive performance insights. The position sits at the center of a growing FMCG business, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. You will mentor juniors and drive processes to improve efficiency in a scaling environment, delivering impact across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and board-level reporting with detailed variance analysis
- Own month-end close ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Produce P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
- Business partner with non-finance stakeholders to support performance and decision-making
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with outsourced finance
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting for commercial and strategic initiatives
- Support ongoing growth of the business
Key requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- FMCG, retail or consumer goods experience essential
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP systems
- Proactive, hands-on approach in a growing environment
