You own commercial outcomes from pre-construction to final account, lead procurement and subcontractor management, and deliver precise cost reporting. Responsibilities

• Take commercial lead on DfE projects from pre-construction to final account
• Drive procurement, subcontractor management, and cost reporting
• Act as commercial authority on projects, advising the board
• Mentor and develop junior surveying staff
• Protect project margins through strategic contract management

Key requirements

• Proven track record as an SQS within a recognized main contractor
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering DfE projects (non-negotiable)
• Commercially astute with elite contract awareness (JCT/NEC)
• Ability to take absolute ownership and lead on margins and risk
