Overview
In this role you will deliver and continuously improve Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) learning across Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ manufacturing sites in Southern Great Britain. You’ll partner with site leaders and QSE teams to build capability, support compliance, and embed safe, efficient working practices. You’ll help shape a culture of quality and safety while supporting business performance. A meaningful impact comes from cross-site learning and capability-building in a leading global FMCG business.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging QSE learning programmes across multiple manufacturing sites
- Support capability-building initiatives aligned to business and compliance requirements
- Partner with operational and QSE teams to identify development opportunities
- Coach and support colleagues to embed learning into workplace practices
- Measure learning effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Promote a positive culture of quality, safety and environmental responsibility
Key requirements
- Experience delivering training, learning or capability programmes
- Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, operations, quality or health & safety environments
