Overview

As Senior Games Product Manager, you steer the full lifecycle of Aristocrat’s iLottery and iGaming eInstant titles from concept to launch and live operations. You define vision, success metrics, and market fit, partnering with studios and math teams to craft engaging, revenue-driving experiences. You own product performance, leverage data to optimize live operations, and push innovation to differentiate the portfolio. You will work across engineering, analytics, commercial, and compliance, shaping a high-impact gaming roadmap in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of multiple games from concept through launch and live operations
• Define product vision, positioning, and success metrics for each title
• Lead game discovery, including concept validation, market fit, and forecasting
• Drive quality and commercial excellence across the portfolio
• Define and evolve core game mechanics
• Collaborate with mathematicians, designers, and studios to develop compelling iLottery experiences
• Apply understanding of player psychology, monetization levers, and retention dynamics
• Oversee Live Ops, feature tuning, data analysis, and roadmap evolution post-launch
• Mentor mid-level PMs and guide studios on creative and production directions
• Ensure regulatory and responsible gaming compliance; adapt products across markets

Key requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in slot games, iGaming, or casino products
• Proven track record launching multiple games with strong commercial performance
• Deep expertise in iLottery, slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization development
• Experience collaborating with game studios, designers, and math teams
• Strong data-driven decision-making for growth strategies
• End-to-end product leadership in a fast-paced environment
