Senior Financial Accountant

Overview

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will own the financial accounting and reporting for international entities within a global, high‑performing finance team. You will lead month‑end closures, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory accounting, with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross‑border operations. You will manage internal and external audits and drive process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency. This role offers broad international exposure and opportunities to contribute to finance transformation initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own financial accounting and reporting for multiple international entities
• Lead month‑end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage internal and external audits and liaise with stakeholders across finance, tax and operations
• Drive process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
• Contribute to regional and global finance projects and transformations

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience in a large corporate environment or Top 10 accountancy practice
• Strong technical accounting fundamentals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset and interest in process improvement and development
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (advantageous)
