Support Worker — Flexible Shifts in Health & Social Care

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible in community settings and in their own homes. You’ll support people to achieve goals with personalised plans and compassionate, person-centred care.

No prior care experience is required; full training is provided. You’ll join a values-led team with flexible shifts, including days, sleep-ins and weekends, in Liverpool City Region and surrounding areas.
