A leading international law firm is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced banking lawyer to step into a role at the intersection of banking, legal technology and generative AI.
Joining a highly regarded and diverse banking practice, the Innovation Lawyer will play a key role in shaping the way the team works, helping to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and consistency.
The role will involve staying ahead of emerging developments in legal technology and generative AI, identifying opportunities to drive adoption across the Banking team and delivering engaging training to help lawyers make the most of new tools and technologies. You will also have the opportunity to define and embed standardised ways of working across key banking transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking transactions, combined with genuine interest and experience in generative AI and legal technology. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with a solid transactional banking background.
