Overview

As a Senior Private Client Solicitor in East Sussex, you will lead a busy high‑net‑worth caseload across Wills, probates, LPAs and EPAs, COP matters, and complex estate administration. You will work alongside a Partner to support growth of a respected firm and may progress toward Partnership. You’ll deliver exceptional client service while leveraging leadership skills to manage and develop the team. Responsibilities

• Manage a busy high‑net‑worth caseload (Wills, probates, LPAs & EPAs, COP matters)
• Oversee complex estate administration
• Collaborate with a Partner and experienced team to support growth of the department
• Deliver exceptional client service with a professional and approachable manner
• Demonstrate leadership and team management to support staff and casework
• Contribute to new business opportunities and departmental development

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in private client law
• Commercially minded with ability to manage varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to contribute to growth and development of the department
