Health & Wellbeing Lead for Community Impact

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Manager for the Reed Wellbeing contract covering Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. The role is home-based with travel across the boroughs up to once a week.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Health & Wellbeing Coaches, drive performance, manage budgets, and develop partnerships with local commissioners and subcontractors to improve service delivery. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
