As an Oracle Invoice to Cash Process Consulting Senior Manager, you will lead large Oracle ERP projects within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, shaping end-to-end Invoice to Cash solutions. You’ll guide clients and a high-performing team, delivering tailored, AI-enabled finance capabilities that drive measurable value. You’ll collaborate across Finance, Technology, and Operations to manage scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale Oracle projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Provide expert functional guidance and support to clients
• Lead a team of high-performing specialists
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and develop tailored solutions
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to growth and development of the Finance Transformation practice
• Engage with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively across audiences

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in Oracle ERP implementations/Finance Transformation with focus on Invoice to Cash and Revenue to Cash
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Revenue to Cash workstreams within complex transformations
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Revenue to Cash architecture (pricing, invoicing, cash application, collections, GL)
• Ability to lead complex solution design decisions and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders and relationship building
• Understanding of Finance functional domains and implementation lifecycle
• Knowledge of AI concepts in Finance/ERP and ability to identify AI opportunities in I2C
