Assistant Manager – Pub & Restaurant (4-Day Week / Tips)

Premier Selection Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy country pub with an award-winning restaurant in Oakham. You will work alongside the General Manager and Owner with a small, friendly front-of-house team, bringing a warm, can-do attitude to service.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in a hotel, pub, or restaurant, with knowledge of food and wine service and the confidence to run a service at least twice weekly.
