With record recent investment, this a particularly exciting period of growth for the organisation, which is why they are looking to appoint a new HR Business Partner.
This position will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that enhance organisational performance, employee relations, culture, workforce capability and employee experience. They are complex, dynamic and fast paced organisation, which requires someone who can work on multiple workstreams, engage with diverse and senior stakeholders, as well as demonstrate the significant value of the partnering function. This role requires an individual who can be highly strategic one minute and then hands on operationally the next. They are very open to sector experience, however, a strong understanding of dealing with ER cases is a prerequisite.
This role will be based out of their Surrey office but is a hybrid working model with 2-3 days/week in the office.
