Global Service Desk Engineer: Linux/Cloud, Hybrid

SBS in Yate, Bristol is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join a global fintech partner. You will handle first-line support for customers worldwide, ensuring service levels and operational continuity in a 24x7x365 environment.

You will work in a hybrid setup, spending at least two days a week in the office, and collaborate across teams to resolve incidents, perform timely patching on Linux and Tomcat, and help drive process improvements.
