Lead Public Health Nurse, 0-5 Healthy Child Programme

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to lead the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme in Wiltshire Children’s Community Services. You will assess needs, plan and deliver evidence‑based care, and work with multi‑agency partners to improve outcomes for children and families.

You will have SCPHN Health Visiting qualification and current NMC registration, with leadership experience and a track record in safeguarding and public health.
