Sirona care & health CIC is seeking Specialist Community Public Health Nurses to join our Health Visiting teams across Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos. You will support families with newborns and young children, delivering the Healthy Child Programme and working with partner agencies to improve child outcomes.
Role requires SCPHN qualification and NMC registration, with car access for wide-area travel. We offer a 6‑month preceptorship, safeguarding support and NHS pension benefits.
