Night Front Desk Agent – Elevate Guest Experience

Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a Night Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain the hotel’s tone of voice and standards after hours. You will learn front desk procedures, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest accounts with care and accuracy.

In this role, you will use HMS, EAM, and other systems, coordinate with departments, and ensure guest requests are followed up promptly, while upholding our inclusive, high-service culture.
