Recruitment Consultant Logistics

Recruit Assist is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing independent recruitment business.

This position is a full 360 consultant, from securing new clients to the placement of candidates and the commercial admin for the driving and warehouse desk

• Salary: £28 to £31 k per year + 15% commission
• Location: Hemel Hempstead

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Winning new business: Proactively identifying, targeting and securing new clients across driving and industrial recruitment.
• Business development: Building your own client portfolio through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
• Account management: Developing existing relationships and maximising opportunities with current clients.
• 360 recruitment delivery: Managing the complete recruitment process from taking vacancies and sourcing candidates through to successful placements.
• Temporary and permanent recruitment: Delivering flexible staffing solutions to meet changing client demands.
• Candidate management: Building a strong network of reliable drivers and industrial candidates.
• Sales performance: Working towards clear business development, placement and revenue targets.
• Relationship building: Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.
