Enterprise New Business Leader – UK & North America

DNA Recruit is seeking a Head of New Business for a hybrid London-based role. You will own enterprise customer acquisition across Northern Europe, the UK and North America, building a high-performing sales team while continuing to win strategic opportunities.

You will report to the Chief Growth Officer, develop relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead complex sales cycles. You will contribute to the go-to-market strategy with measurable ROI and value creation.
