Surgical Virtual Ward Care Assistant (Home Visits)

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is launching a surgical Virtual Ward to deliver acute-level care at patients’ homes. We are seeking Senior Healthcare Support Workers to join the team, working under registered nurses across hospital and community settings to provide direct care and practical support that helps patients recover safely at home.

You will perform clinical tasks, take observations, and travel between patients’ homes and Trust sites as part of a 7-day service.
