Catering & Facilities Manager — Food Safety Lead (Flexible)

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting a Catering Manager to lead safe food production and service for inpatients, outpatients, staff and visitors.

You will uphold HACCP, monitor temperatures, train staff in food hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety legislation. The role requires strong leadership and budgetary responsibility.
