Job Description:
Blue Cross Victoria animal hospital is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face for clients and their pets. You will handle front-desk duties, bookings, payments and telephone enquiries in a busy, compassionate environment.
Working 42 hours per week across 8.5-hour shifts, you will support veterinary staff by maintaining records, coordinating appointments and providing empathetic customer service to anxious pet owners.
