I’m recruiting five experienced Personal Injury Fee Earners for locum opportunities with an established legal business in Wakefield.

Wakefield – hybrid working

£40-£45 per hour, umbrella assignment rate

Full-time | Start as soon as possible

You’ll manage a busy caseload of claimant non-portal RTA claims, including pre-litigated and litigated matters.

I’m keen to speak with people who have experience of:

• Managing their own RTA caseload with minimal supervision.
• Investigating liability disputes and assessing quantum.
• Reviewing medical evidence and drafting schedules of loss.
• Negotiating settlements and progressing court proceedings.
• Working confidently with the CPR and procedural deadlines.
