Personable IT Assistant for Architecture and Interior Design firm

A thriving international architecture practice is looking for a personable and technically confident IT Assistant to join their London office.
The role involves providing direct IT support to a vibrant team of 80 designers, resolving service requests in relation to a range of software and hardware, and troubleshooting a wide variety of issues, as well as setting up and maintaining devices.
As the successful candidate you will be proactive and organised with strong administrative skills and the confidence to work closely with the IT Coordinator to resolve technical issues as and when they arise. The role also involves working closely with the practice’s international IT support teams.
We are looking for a natural problem-solver with strong communication skills with over 1 years’ professional experience, ideally within architecture, design, or the built environment sectors.
