Barnardo’s is opening a brand-new residential home in London Borough of Bromley and seeks a Senior Residential Children and Young People Worker to help bring it to life. You will lead shifts, build trusting relationships with young people, and embed the PACE approach in daily practice to ensure they feel safe and valued.

You will contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and continuous improvement while supporting a reflective, trauma-informed team.
