Junior Sous Chef — Lead Busy High-Volume Kitchen

Cosy Club Leicester is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will cook and prep fresh meals for large volumes, lead in the Head Chef’s absence, and help sustain strong FOH & BOH relationships across shifts.

We offer target earnings of £15.30–£17.30 per hour and an hourly base up to £13.30, with troncon of £2–£4 per hour. Expect 2 days off every six weeks, meals on shift, Wagestream, and 50% food and drink discounts from day one.
