Customer Relationship Advisor – Financial Wellness

Skipton Building Society in Leeds & Guiseley is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant for a permanent 36-hour-per-week role across both branches. You will engage customers to identify needs, explain our savings range and services, and run ‘My Review’ appointments to discuss financial goals.

You will be the friendly face and voice, offering in-branch, virtual and outbound contact while providing a first-class service that places customers at the heart of every interaction.
