Dematic is seeking an Engineering Shift Manager to maintain, repair and support equipment on customer sites within the Dematic scope. You will ensure delivery of agreed KPI targets and lead a multi-disciplined team in day-to-day operations and in the absence of the Shift Manager.
You will drive preventive maintenance, fault rectification and customer communications, maintaining safe, high-quality output and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
