We are working exclusively with an established domiciliary care provider in East Sussex to recruit a Deputy Manager. This is a great opportunity for a senior care professional ready to step up, with a clear progression pathway towards Registered Manager within two years.

The Role

• Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
• Oversee care delivery, rotas, staff supervision, and documentation
• Maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals

On-call commitment — 1 in 6 weeks

Requirements

• Experience within domiciliary care in a senior or supervisory capacity
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• Experience with adult social services packages
• Full UK driving licence — essential
• Motivated to progress into a Registered Manager role
