Autonomous Community Nurse – Compassionate Home Care

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Registered Adult Nurse for a Community Staff Nurse position in the community setting. The role involves autonomous practice within the Integrated Care Team, delivering high quality, person-centred care.
