LOCUM SOCIAL WORKER – REVIEW PROJECT

£38 per hour (Umbrella)

Looking for an experienced Social Worker to support a focused project reviewing overdue out-of-borough placements ahead of an upcoming CQC inspection.

This is a great opportunity for a Social Worker with strong assessment and review skills to ensure individuals are receiving the right care and support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review out-of-borough placements that have not been reviewed in the past 2–3 years.
• Visit service users in their current placements and arrange meetings with family members where appropriate.
• Complete reviews of care and support plans to ensure needs are being met.
• Undertake reassessments where there has been a significant change in an individual’s needs.
• Work collaboratively with service users, families and care providers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Aim to complete approximately 5–7 reviews per week.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Experience completing statutory reviews and assessments.
• Confident working independently and managing a varied workload.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
