Learning Disability Nurse – Development Path to Band 6

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust invites newly qualified Learning Disability Nurses to join a Band 5 to Band 6 development pathway across HMP Ashfield and HMP Leyhill. You will be a Registered Learning Disability Nurse working within a multidisciplinary team to develop clinical autonomy and leadership skills, with a structured plan and supervision.

Progression to Band 6 is not automatic and depends on competencies and interview outcomes; a full driving licence is required for site travel.
