Wates Group invites applications for a Site Management (Production) Trainee role. You will work on construction sites alongside experienced site managers, gaining hands-on experience in planning, delivery and coordination from start to finish.
The programme covers health and safety, quality, stakeholder coordination and cost awareness, with mentoring and access to industry qualifications. Travel across project sites is expected as required.
