Hybrid Strategic Management Accountant – PE Growth

Apointe in Leicestershire is seeking a Management Accountant to own management accounts, balance sheet integrity and month-end reporting. Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office with a clearly defined growth trajectory and exposure to senior stakeholders.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, strong month-end skills and advanced Excel. You will contribute to continuous improvement across the finance function while supporting budgeting, forecasting and intercompany activity.
