Store Duty Manager: Lead Team, Growth & Perks

Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager for a 27-hour week at our Prescot store in Merseyside. You will lead and motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, well-presented, and fully stocked store.

In this role you will drive sales and profitability, manage performance and efficiency, and act as keyholder during store openings and closes. A proactive, energetic approach to a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
