Internal Sales Coordinator — Drive Orders & Customer Success

Macfarlane Packaging in Fareham is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing orders and customer communications. You’ll be the first point of contact for accounts, working closely with Sales Executives to keep orders moving and maintain high service levels.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months in sales coordination or related roles, strong customer enquiry handling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.
