Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to support recruitment across trading areas and the Support Centre. You’ll write engaging adverts, shortlist candidates and support hiring managers, while ensuring a fair and efficient process.
The role focuses on clear communication, candidate experience and compliance with policies. You will work with the People Team across campaigns, developing processes and improving how we attract talent to Lincolnshire Co-op’s communities.
