Healthcare Office Manager – Team Leader & Operations

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead a large admin and secretarial workforce within CDG 5 at Good Hope Hospital. You will oversee operational delivery, recruit and develop staff, and drive service improvement in a busy, patient-centered environment.

You will work with clinical and operational leaders, manage rotas and annual leave, monitor performance, and promote wellbeing while maintaining governance and data protection standards.
