Our client, one of the North West’s most respected and progressive law firms, is seeking a Senior Solicitor dual-qualified in both the UK and Republic of Ireland to join its thriving Probate and Property team.
This represents a unique opportunity for an experienced solicitor to develop a specialist cross-border practice advising clients on property transactions, estate administration, wills, probate matters, and succession planning across both jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will work with a loyal and established client base while benefiting from significant autonomy, strategic input into the firm’s continued growth, and exceptional earning potential.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of Probate, Wills and Property matters
- Advising clients across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- Estate administration and succession planning
- Residential and commercial property transactions
- Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Business development and client relationship management
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor in both UK and ROI jurisdictions
- Significant experience in Probate, Wills and Property Law
- Strong technical and client management skills
- Ability to lead complex matters independently
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
Outstanding Package
- Market-leading senior salary
- Bonus of 25% of all fees exceeding target
