Residential Care Leader – Children’s Homes

Coventry City Council is recruiting for a management role within our Children’s Homes in Coventry. This full-time post, 37 hours per week, includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins and on-call duties as part of the rota.

You will model relationship-based care, deputise for the Registered Manager, drive service development, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage budgets, and lead on admissions and safeguarding.
