Lead Residential Care Supervisor

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated residential care team. You will support the Registered Manager and lead a team of Residential Child Care Workers, planning shifts and managing the rota.

You will promote therapeutic parenting, provide supervision and training, assist with HR and health and safety duties, and build positive relationships with families and multi‑agency partners to safeguard and support our children and young people.
