Security Officer Part-Time 27hrs – Hermiston Gail Retail Park, Edinburgh Operations · Hermiston Gait

Purpose of the Role

To provide a security presence within the shared areas of the retail park for the prevention and dection of crime, as well as to deter ASB. To support with contractor control. To flag any health and safety concerns within the communal areas of the retail park.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical security presence
• Dailly Logging
• Incident Management
• Contractor control
• Patrolling Site
• Logging Health and Safety concerns
• Any other reasonable tasks set out by the Security lead or Regional Facilities Manager

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• SIA Licence required
• First Aid qualified
• Good inter personable skills
• Good at working as part of a team
• Good at working on your own
• Security experience beneficial

Working Hours – Part-time 27hrs per week, Thursday, Friday Saturday 1600 – 0100

Salary – £12.71/hr
