Resident Services Coordinator – Housing & Wellbeing

Housing 21 is seeking an Assistant Local Housing Manager for Chalmers Court on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role supports the Local Housing Manager in delivering a high quality housing and support service to residents, enabling independent living and wellbeing.

You will assist in building safety, resident engagement and community relations, with a focus on age-related needs and tenancy sustainment. The role requires a customer‑focussed approach and flexible, team‑oriented working.
