Community Nurse for Youth Health & Wellbeing (11-19)

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered nurse to join the Thriving in Life team for 11-19-year-olds. You will deliver evidence-based care, undertake holistic assessments, and work across schools, homes and community settings.

The role requires flexibility, strong partnership work with families and professionals, and driving to cover North Northamptonshire. Training and development support are available.
