Part-Time HR Officer for Community Services (People-First)

Hollybank Trust is seeking an HR Officer to support managers and staff across the business from our Halifax head office, with some travel to Mirfield. The role is 30 hours per week with flexible hours to suit the needs of the service.

You will provide professional, practical and compliant HR support across the full employee lifecycle, help develop people practices, promote engagement, and ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.
