Field Sales Representative

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year plus commission

About the role

Eurosoft Tech Ltd is a technology company providing solutions to businesses around the globe. We are looking for a driven, target-focused Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base across London.

You will spend most of your time out in the field, meeting prospective and existing customers, presenting our solutions and closing new business. This role suits a confident, self-motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships and wants to be rewarded for results.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and visiting potential customers
• Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with decision makers across London
• Present and demonstrate our technology solutions, tailoring them to each customer’s needs
• Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate terms and close sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Manage your own sales pipeline and diary to make the best use of your time in the field
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep accurate records of leads, visits and sales activity in the CRM
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
• Work closely with the internal sales, support and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions and networking opportunities when required

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales, ideally in technology or software
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Confident approaching new customers and handling objections
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
• A positive, resilient attitude and a hunger to succeed
• Professional appearance and manner

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Good knowledge of London and willingness to travel across the area
• Fluent English (essential); additional languages are an advantage
• Right to work in the UK
