Front-Door Social Worker – Adult Care & Assessments

Bedford Borough Council is seeking two experienced Social Workers to join the Adult Social Care Front Door team in Bedford. You will respond to residents at first contact and conduct Care Act and Carers assessments, risk assessments, and strength-based support planning.
