One of Northern Ireland’s developers has a new opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the organisation. With an impressive portfolio of current & future commercial projects, the company works within the NI region only.
Involved predominately in Extensions, New Builds, Refurbishments and Fitout you will work within the commercial division and play in a key role in the growth and development of the company.
About the Role:
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager & Senior Management team
- Commercially manage Key Projects
- Working with relevant teams to get job done
- Discovering anomalies with regulation practices
- Provide guidance and support with variations/CVR etc
- Review, scrutinize and develop process flows
- Ensure all financial aspects and impact of contract are clear to all
- Risk assessments
- Managing daily operations
- Supporting multiple sites and completing development visits
- Responsibility for contractual, commercial and financial matters
About the Candidate:
- Experience working for a Property Developer
- Minimum 6 years’ QS experience
- Proven work history
- Ability to manage contractual & financial management & reporting
- You will make a positive contribution to deliver value for money and efficiency saving
- Problem solver
- Exceptional commercial acumen
