Flexible In-House Recruiter (Part-Time, 10h/wk)

Hestia is seeking a Recruiter for a bank work in-house recruitment role. Hours are flexible with an average of 10 hours per week, mainly Monday and Friday and may include evenings.

You will support recruitment delivery across Hestia, reviewing applications, shortlisting against criteria, and conducting screening and alignment calls. You’ll maintain candidate records, arrange interviews, and assist with onboarding, ensuring timely communication and a professional, inclusive experience.
